Such a Great Experience

"Please let me take a moment to let you know how much I love the pool and backyard retreat that your team design and built for me and my family. As a first-time pool builder and a busy single mom with three kids; I needed a lot of help and guidance throughout the entire process. From my first meeting and the very beginning of my engagement with your company, I knew I had made the right choice. As a salesperson myself for over 20 years, I understand that building customer relationships take time. He took the extra time necessary to help me understand the process, offered fresh ideas, listened to my concerns and requests and always provided me with options to end up with a final design that suited my family. As a highly visual person, he went the extra effort to deliver the pool plan using your Pool Studio software so I could see the full effect in 3-D.

Once we moved into the construction phase and I could see the design coming to life in my backyard I had an opportunity to work with my construction manager. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations. He even met me in the rain so I could show him some specific stone that I wanted for the spa and kitchen area. When I was traveling, he texted me photos of the construction in progress and even samples of the salt deck. He offered me the flexibility I needed to meet at my convenience. He was available for questions, let me know what to expect in the days ahead and delivered as promised every step of the way. The crews he brought to work were courteous and some of the hardest working people I have ever seen.

I know that customer referrals are one of the truest measures of a highly successful company. I was referred by my CIO, and have in turn referred my boss to Klapprodt for the build of her new pool.

I wish you continued success in your business. The key to that is an engaged and invested team that is committed to doing whatever it takes to deliver outstanding customer service. You have such a team and should be very proud of the way they represent the Klapprodt brand.

AMAZING!

"We just wanted to express our sincere appreciation to all the folks at Klapprodt Pools for the excellent service that we have received in the last couple of years (especially since we are first-time pool owners). We also wish to thank you for your above-and-beyond assistance during a specific incident that occurred in January.

Arriving home on a Friday night at 9:15 pm in January, we found a part of our backyard flooded and gurgling sounds coming from our pool. The pool's freeze-guard was activated due to 20 degree temperatures. Although we knew this wasn't a good situation and we sort of knew what we needed to do, we didn't have a clue on how to do it.

In a panic, I immediately went to the Klapprodt website seeking an after-hours phone number - no after-hours phone number was found. But, I did see email addresses. I composed a quick email describing our desperate situation and inserted all the email addresses that I could find on your website. I sent the email around 9:30 pm and within 45 minutes; we had received return calls or text messages from about 5 different Klapprodt folks offering their assistance. AMAZING!

Your staff patiently talked us through the steps needed to conduct some quick tests as well as to bring our pool equipment offline so as to prevent / minimize equipment damage and water loss.

Since then, the cause of the problems that we discovered on that 20-degree Friday night in January has been repaired. With your concerted assistance, our pool equipment did not endure any damage.

We always thought that you guys were pretty good at fixing our pool; but, this particular display of service differentiates you completely from your competitors. It is because of this that we have shared our Friday night in January story with multiple pool-owner acquaintances letting them know that you may not be the least expensive; but, you definitely make up for it in service excellence.

"In 2003 when my wife and I decided that we wanted to purchase a swimming pool, we were a bit concerned about making sure we went with a reputable pool builder. We received bids from three companies and quite frankly everyone had a great pitch and approach. After doing our due diligence and checking numerous references we were reduced to choosing between Klapprodt Pools and another large Metroplex Pool Builder. From the initial stages of the sales process it seemed that the majority of builders were quick to move on pricing and showed very little pride in the quality of their product. Klapprodt stood their ground and offered a quality product with superior knowledge and technical expertise of various equipment and options. As you know, I had done background work on my own before choosing your company but I did not meet with any other pool companies. Our first meeting was such a positive experience and I knew right away that I would be treated fairly.
